We process all orders within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. During peak seasons or promotional sales, processing times may take slightly longer. You will be notified if there is any significant delay.
We currently offer shipping across India through trusted courier partners. Standard delivery takes 3–7 business days, depending on your location. Remote areas may require additional time.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID via email/SMS. You can use this ID to track the real-time status of your shipment on the courier’s website.
Certain regions may have restricted or limited delivery services due to courier network limitations, legal restrictions, or safety concerns. If your area is affected, we will notify you promptly and provide alternate solutions.
We provide Cash on Delivery for eligible pin codes. COD orders may require an additional handling fee. Please ensure accurate delivery information to avoid cancellations.
If your package arrives damaged, tampered, or is lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will investigate the issue and provide a replacement or refund as per our policy.
