To be eligible for a return, exchange, or refund, customers must record a clear and uninterrupted unboxing video from the moment the sealed package is opened. Any claim regarding damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing items must be supported by this unboxing video and reported within 24 hours of delivery.
Products must be unused, unwashed, and returned in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
Please note that return, exchange, or refund requests submitted without a valid unboxing video may not be accepted.
